Ingredients

2 વ્યક્તિ
  • બટાકા, તુવેર,રીંગણ,પાપડી,કાચા કેળા, બધુ મીક્સ 500 ગ્રામ,
  • મેથી,ધાણા
  • 5ચમચા તેલ,
  • તજ લવીંગ એક ચમચી
  • આદુ,મરચા, 3 ચમચી
  • ચણાનો લોટ 1/2 કપ
  • ઘઉંનો લોટ1/2 કપ

  1. 1

    સૌ પ્રથમ મેથી ને સાફ કરી ચણાનો અને ઘઉંના લોટમાં બે ચમચી તેલ આવુ,મરચા,નાખી એડ કરવી તેના મુઠીયા વાળી તળી લેવા.

    એક પેનમાં તેલ મુકી રીંગણા બટાકા ના રવૈયાકાચા કેળા,રતાળુ,સૂરણ ધીરા તાપે ચડવા મુકવા,કુકર મા દાણા બાફવા.

  3. 3

    પછી શાક કૂક થાય એટલે બાફેલા ધાણા સમારેલા ટામેટા ગરમ મસાલો,નાખી શાક ચડવા દેવું...એક રસ થાય પછી ખાંડ અને લીંબુ એડ કરી ધાણા નાખી ઊંધીયું રેડી કરવુ.
