The baked dates puri is a healthy version. There is no sugar or oil used. My goal for this year is try and make healthy food.
Steps

Preheat oven to 160 degree centigrade(fan)
Wash the dates thoroughly and add to a grinder jar and add water to it. Make smooth date’s puree. - 2

Transfer in a bowl and add rest of the ingredients and make a stiff dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out big disc. Spread khus khus and roll them in. Cut using a cutter and make indent with a fork. Place them on a lined baking sheet. - 4

Bake for 22 to 25 minutes in the middle shelf turning over after 12 minutes.
You can also roast them on very low heat on tawa. Using little ghee or oil.
