Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsfine vermicelli
  2. Sugar, to taste
  3. 1 cupmilk (about 240 ml)
  4. 2 tablespoonsmilk powder
  5. 1/2 teaspooncardamom powder
  6. 2 tablespoonsmixed dried fruit (chopped)
  7. 1 tablespoonshredded coconut
  8. 2 tablespoonsghee (clarified butter)
  9. 1/2 teaspoonrose petals

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee to a skillet and roast the fine vermicelli until golden brown.

    Mix in the sugar, milk powder, and cardamom powder.

    Add the milk and cook until the vermicelli softens slightly, then stir in the chopped dried fruit and shredded coconut.

    Garnish with rose petals, shredded coconut, and dried fruit before serving.
