  • 200 gbeans(in gujarati vaalod)
  • 200 gmashed sweet potato
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 3 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • 2 tspgaram masal
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • 1/2 tspasofedita
  • 1-2garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tbsptomato puree

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, carrom seeds, asofedita. Add chopped garlic.

  2. 2

    Now add in the boiled beans

    Add all the spices. Mix well

    Now add the sweet potato,tomato puree and water. Mixwell.

    Cook for 2-3mts and off the flame. Add lemon juice and serve hot with chapati or paratha
