I had kefir & blueberries in my fridge this morning & set out to find a smoothie recipe online. My recipe is a modified version of the littlehomeinthemaking's blueberry kefir smoothie. The key difference is that I used banana as the sweetener instead of maple syrup.
The result is a creamier smoothie with a nice balance of tartness and sweetness and with the healthiness of the fruits, grains & kefir.
