Ingredients

10 minutes
  1. Approx. 4 Boiled potatoes diced
  2. Some Sunflower oil
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1 tspmustard seeds
  5. 1 tbspsalt
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. 1 tspblack and red pepper
  8. Handfulkasoori methi
  9. Some peanuts optional
  10. 1 tspchaat masala
  11. Sliced green chilli and garlic

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat up Sunflower oil when it starts heating and start changing color just low the flame and saute quickly seeds and green chilli and garlic

  2. 2

    Make sure don't burn the seeds if oil is much heated then turn off the gas for a moment then keep flame low then start

  3. 3

    Once added seeds and chilli and garlic quickly add all spices mentioned and cook for a while

  4. 4

    Add boiled potatoes and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve hot

Delicious. I added some ghee. How do I soften the mustard seeds/make them less crunchy?
