Take curd in a bowl. Add water and bathua paste. Whisk properly keep the consistency to semi thick. Add salt, black salt, chat masala and red chilli powder. Mix it well.

Now heat a tadka spoon. Add ghee, asofoedetida and cumin seeds. When they crackers. Tadka is ready now. Put into the raita bowl.

Raita is ready to serve. Serve chilled and enjoy with lunch and dinner......😋😋
