Steps

Heat a pan on low heat.Add rava and roast the rava on medium heat until it turns reddish.

Add ghee in a pan.Add roasted rava and mix well.

Add milk and mix well.

Add boiling hot water and stir well.No lumps of rava should be formed.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Remove the lid and stir well.

Add sugar,cardamom powder,dry fruits.Mix well
- 8
Sheera is ready to eat.
