સૌ પ્રથમ એક પેનમાં ઘી મુકી ગોળ એડ કરીને ચાસણી તૈયાર કરો.ચાસણી ચેક કરવા એક પાણીની વાડકીમા ચાસણી નુ ટીપુ નાખી જુઓ જો ગોળી વળે અને કટકો થાય તો ચાસણી રેડી છે

પછી એમા મમરા એડ કરી હલાવી એક થાળી મા ઘી લગાવી પાથરી દ્યો.પછી પીસ કરી લ્યો
