Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add Reynolds liner to 6-7 quart crockpot for easy clean-up later
- 2
Add approximately 3 pounds of frozen cheese tortellini and 32 Oz of chicken broth to pot first. (No need to stir and adjust to crockpot size)
- 3
Add 2 cans of rotel, 1 block of cream cheese, and seasoning to pot on top of broth and pasta. (chopped habanero peppers optional) (no need to stir)
- 4
Cover evenly with Mexican cheese, then top off the pot evenly with spinach (no need to stir)
- 5
Cook on high for 3 hours, stirring once per hour to desired consistency.
- 6
Turn off pot, let cool, and transfer to storage container or serve immediately.
- 7
Throw away liner and wipe moisture out of crockpot.
- 8
I love it with an Airfried chicken breast and whipped taters.
- 9
● Option. You can also separate the pasta and cook separately then mix it into the crockpot mixture at the end. (If you prefer more control on the pasta stiffness) can get mushy if it overcooks and pot temps vary!
