Easy Spiced Pangasius fillets

Preheat oven to 200°C, place a baking tray in the oven to heat up.

Pat the Pangasius fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
Mix the Thai 7 Spice, Paprika and Salt in a plate.
Roll the fillets through the spice mix and coat the fish as evenly as possible. - 3
Heat Olive Oil in cast-iron skillet and sear the Pangasius fillets, in batches, till golden brown.

Transfer fish with the cooking sauce from the skillet to the hot baking tray. Bake for about 10 minutes till fillets are cooked through.
