Dissolve the agar-agar powder in water and cook until fully melted. First, mix in food coloring to create flower shapes, and pour melted chocolate into molds to make cat shapes.

Place the flan or cheesecake in the center of the cake mold and cover it with the jelly mixture. Let it cool, then spread whipping cream over the surface and pipe shell borders around the edge. Finally, decorate the cake as desired.
