Some people believe chili isn't supposed to have beans. This chili Lasagna has no beans. Some folks say chili shouldn't have tomato products. Well you make it the way you like. I have found out tomato flavors with corn tortillas is amazing! So here it is without the beans. I used 3 Mexican cheeses and sharp cheddar cheese. Top it off with some sour cream.

I made this chili to serve with hotdogs but the granddaughters and my 2 daughters wanted chili lasagna.

my family loves this, pretty quick to put together and normally no leftovers. there is plenty of opportunities to make it your own by tweeking the ingredients.

Everybody requested me to make this. I make a lot because they all want seconds and thirds.

There is something about the amazing taste of corn tortillas and tomato sauce based recipes, like they harmonize since the beginning of existence!!

A great tasting easy chili the aloha pepper has a great mild pepper flavor.

I been having issues with gas build up of the food I have eaten. So I used this Asafetida powder and it didn't bother me with eating beans in my Chili. No gas attacks. It's been used since the time of the Roman Empire. It was used also as an onion and garlic substitute. By the way you can make it without the hot chili's for the kids.

When that first cold front comes in, it's Chili time. When I was a kid and sous-chef for my father this was his recipe that I tweaked.

This chili is full of spicy flavor, but is not hot as all in my family cannot tolerate the heat that I love! I serve with topping choices of diced jalapeños, grated cheddar cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
