Hakka noodles are to be boiled in a large pot of boiling water with salt for two to three minutes. So it should be cooked up to 90%.

Now transfer the noodles to a strainer to drain the water and apply some oil on it so that the noodles don't stick.

Heat oil in a pan and fry these drained noodles on high flame. And it has to be kept aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic, minced ginger and long chopped onions. And saute it.

Now add chopped carrot and chopped capsicum.

Long chopped cabbage and boiled corn kernels are to be added. Mix everything well and let it cook on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add soya sauce, schezwan sauce, tomato sauce and salt to taste.

Mix everything well and add the prepared fried noodles to it. Add the noodles just before serving.

Everything has to be mixed properly. Serve garnished with chopped green onions.

I have served it this way with Schexwann sauce and green onions.
