Boil water, add soya chunks and cook for about 5-6 minutes or until the soya chunks become spongy and enlarged. Next, run cold water over the cooked soya chunks to rinse them well. Then squeeze out excess water from soya chunks and keep them aside.

Mix corn flour with water to make corn slurry. Cut the paneer into cubes. Heat oil in pan and fry paneer till slightly golden. Remove paneer and keep aside.

In same pan fry onion and add garlic-ginger paste, capsicum and spring onion (white and green). Stir well. Cook for 2-3 minutes until onion and capsicum soften.

Add green chillies, turmeric, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, sugar to it and stir well. Add boiled soya chunks, soya sauce, tomato-chili sauce. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add corn slurry and salt. Mix well and cook on high flame until mixture thicken. Add fried paneer cubes, vinegar and mix. Cook on low flame for a few minutes.

Check the taste and add salt or soy sauce accordingly. Switch off the gas.

Garnish with spring onion(green) and sesame seeds.
