I wanted to make an easy drinking appetizer.
You only need a frying pan to make this quick and easy dish. For 2 servings.. Recipe by Blue-Island
Steps

Remove the green parts of the Japanese leek and chop into 5cm pieces. Chop the bacon in half crosswise, then use to wrap up the leek. Secure with a toothpick.

Heat the frying pan without oil. Align the ingredients made in step 1, then add 2/3 tablespoons of water. Cover it with a lid and steam-fry.

When the leek is softened, remove the lid. Pan-fry until the bacon is browned. Sprinkle black pepper to finish.
