Veggies Noodles (Vegetable or Vegetable Noodles) !!

Heat water in deep pan on high flame. When water starts boiling, lower the flame to medium and add noodles. Boil the noodles for 5 to 6 mins stirring occasionally. Drain water, remove noodles in stainer and keep aside.

In a same pan, heat oil on medium flame. Add onions and saute till it turns translucent. Add sliced tomatoes, capsicum, beans, cabbage and green peas. Add salt, mix well and cook till all veggies are cooked properly.

Now add boiled noodles, noodles masala, black pepper powder and water. Mix all well and further cook for 5 to 6 mins. Serve hot.
