Boil water in a pan. In a bowl add rice flour, now add hot water slowly and make a dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Now make small balls out of the dough, cover and rest for few minutes.

Take a heavy bottom pan, add milk, let it come to boil, add milkmaid, simmer the flame and let the milk reduce to some extent, then add the pulis in it, cook for 10 minutes, stir in between, then add jaggery, stir properly and wait till jaggery melts. Turn off the flame, let it cool at room temperature.

For Chocolate cups melt the chocolate in the microwave. Place a small amount of chocolate in the mould and spread in the bottom. Coat a thick layer on all sides properly and refrigerate for 1 hour. After 1 hour take the chocolate cups from refrigerator, cut off the paper muffin liners and tear them off.

Fill the chocolate cups with kheer puli and serve.
Garnish with cherry.
