Heat oil in a pressure cooker.Add sluced onion and green chillues. Saute few minutes till light golden.

Add tomatoes and salt. Cook 2-3 minutes.

Add peas, stir. Add red chilli powder and black pepper powder. Add 2 tbsp water. Pressure cook on high flame for 2 whistles. Let pressure release itself.

Dry liquid if any. serve.
