First of all, cut all the Veggies in small pieces.

Now Heat the oil in cooker,add jeera,lavang, bayleaf and allow to splutter. Then add chopped Onion and green chillly, stir fry for 1 minute.

Now add chopped Veggies and spices mix well and cover the lid for a while on low flame.

Now add tomatoes mix well then add 1-3/4 cup water to allow boil on high flame.Now add jawe and mix well.cover the lid and allow to 1 whistle on high flame.

Now add jawe and mix well.cover the lid and allow to 1 whistle on high flame.After that, open the lid and serve the hot veggie jawe. You can serve this with tomato sauce.
