Ingredients

  1. Halfkg of Chinese lettuce
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. Thumb size ginger
  4. 1 tspsesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak lettuce in salt water for 10 mins. Then wash it clean.

  2. 2

    Boil water in a wok. Add salt, sesame oil and ginger. Let it boil for a minute.

  3. 3

    Add in lettuce and boil for 4-5 mins.

  4. 4

    Drain and serve.
