Heat the pan.mariniate fish with turmeric powder and salt. Add mustard oil into it. Add koi fishes and fry it well.
After frying keep a side. - 2
Grind the poppy seeds and mustard seeds with green chilies and salt and turmeric powder.

Now add Nigella seeds to the mustard oil in the pan. Then add grinded paste and saute it well. Now add hot fresh milk and water into the pan mix it well and put the fried fish.. cover the pan. After 4 mins off the flame.

Sprinkle the fresh coriander leaves. Serve it with hot steamed rice.
