  • 1chuck roast (about 3 pounds)
  • 1onion, sliced
  • 1green pepper, sliced
  • 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 tablespoongarlic powder
  • 1 tablespoonMontreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 can (14.5 ounce)low sodium beef broth
  • Cooked rice 🍚

Steps

    Rinse and pat dry your Chuck roast and place into your crockpot…….

    Place all other ingredients on top of chuck roast …..

    Cover and cook on low heat for 7 hours, then shred with 2 forks and cook for another 1 hour on low heat…..
