Oats Masala Paratha

For paratha :
Take a big mixing bowl add whole wheat flour and oats flour add salt knead soft dough with water cover for 1/2 an hour keep aside - 2
For stuffing
Take a mixing bowl add grated tofu carrots ginger chilli paste salt assofodeta green coriander leaves garam masala lemon juice oats mix all well together keep aside - 3
Now make equal size balls from dough roll big sized thick roti spread stuffing fold well all edges roll out thick paratha.Heat up tawa spread little oil put paratha on it and roast it both side till golden crisp.

Your healthy wealthy oats paratha ready to serve.
Serve with chutney sauce tea coffee dip
