
Jake's slow cooker Buffalo chicken dip

Just my personal twist on a classic dip! I prefer a little more chicken in my dip than most other recipes and I think the minced garlic, mayonnaise, hot sauce mixture, spices, and ranch dressing mix is what really makes all the difference. Great hot or cold as a dip or on simple sandwich with a slice of cheddar!

Soften cream cheese at room temperature.

Add all ingredients except chicken & cheese to slow cooker. (I use a mix of hot sauces as follows: 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot, 1/4 cup Melinda's Black Truffle Hot Sauce, 1/4 cup Old Bay hot sauce, 1/8 cup Melinda's regular Habanero, & 1/8 cup Cholula Chipotle) Mix ingredients thoroughly until well combined. (I use a hand mixer)

Once mixed, add your chicken & 1 1/2 cups of the cheese, and mix by hand until completely incorporated with the other ingredients.

Level mixture in the slow cooker and top with remaining 1/2 cups cheese.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low. Turn the slow cooker down to warm after the top layer of cheese is fully melted.

Serve with your favorite chips or crackers and dig in!
