8-10 hours

13-4lb Pork roast
1 packetOnion soup mix
2 cupsLow sodium chicken stock
2 packetsPork gravy mix

Place pork roast, onion soup mix, and chicken stock into slow cooker.

Place on low for 8-10 hours.

Once Pork is cooked and tender, remove from slow cooker and shred.

Whisk together 1 cup of juices from the slow cooker, 1 cup of water, and the 2 packets of gravy mix. Add to small saucepan and bring to boil. Cook for 3 minutes until thick.

Serve shredded Pork with gravy.
