1 cupSoy sauce
1 cupSugar
1 tspGarlic salt
1/2Onion, chopped
4-6Chicken breasts

Put soy sauce, sugar, garlic salt, and onion into a pot. Heat over medium heat until boiling.

Pour over chicken in crock pot.

Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.

Shred chicken. Put back into slow cooker and mix in sauce.
Serve over rice.
