Ingredients

About 40 minutes
Serves 6 servings
  1. 1 cansweetened condensed milk
  2. Use the empty can to measure whole milk (about 1 1/4 cups or 300 ml)
  3. 3eggs
  4. 2/3 cupshredded coconut (about 70 grams)
  5. Caramel
  6. 3/4 cupgranulated sugar (about 150 grams)

    Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

  2. 2

    Use a heatproof mold that fits your air fryer. Make the caramel in the mold by melting 3/4 cup sugar (150 grams) until golden. Pour the flan mixture over the caramel. Cover the mold with aluminum foil. Cook in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes with the foil on, then about 20 more minutes without the foil.

    Let cool for at least 5 hours before unmolding. Enjoy!
