Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Use a heatproof mold that fits your air fryer. Make the caramel in the mold by melting 3/4 cup sugar (150 grams) until golden. Pour the flan mixture over the caramel. Cover the mold with aluminum foil. Cook in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes with the foil on, then about 20 more minutes without the foil.

Let cool for at least 5 hours before unmolding. Enjoy!
