Egg stew or Sauce
A favourite breakfast addition to Yam and Rice
Steps

Roughly blend onions and pepper separately or chop with knife

Place pan on medium heat and add 2 cooking spoons oil

Sauté your onions until translucent

Add chopped peppers, tomatoes and tomato puree, stir occasionally
- 5
Add seasoning, ginger powder, paprika, curry, thyme, prawn, crayfish powder.
Allow to cook on low heat until stew is almost dry.

Break eggs in bowl or directly on fire. And stir minimally.

Serve with desired Carbs (Yam, rice etc)
