What else can be more delicious than a healthy omelette for the breakfast😋 I love to try different types of omelettes.I was looking for a 10 minute omelette recipe and found this super yummy and healthy cheesy tomato cheese omelette recipe. 🍅🧀😋 my dad loved it.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and place tomato slices sprinkle some salt

Sprinkle some pepper powder and mixed herbs cook for 1 minute then flip them over

Repeat the process on other sides of tomato slices. Meanwhile crack 3-4 eggs in a mixing bowl add salt pepper and spring onions.

Mix well and pour this mixture in the pan. Cook on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Add grated cheese

Sprinkle some chilli flakes amd mixed herbs. Flip it over on a plate. Enjoy with tea or toast.
