Ingredients

  1. 5large carrots
  2. Fresh fish
  3. 3fresh tomatoes
  4. Onion
  5. Mixed spices & curry
  6. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, scrap the carrot and slice in a pan, slice the tomatoes and onions, add the mixed spices and curry, mix altogether and add the vegetable oil.

  2. 2

    Place the fish on top and cover it at low steam, open it and mix while frying until the carrot gets soft. I served mine with soya beans cake.
