1courgette
1orange bell pepper
Handfulspinach leaves
Spices: herbes de Provence, paprika, ground mixed peppercorn
Crème fraîche

Slice the courgette, dice the pepper.
Put it on a wok with olive oil. Season with herbes de Provence, paprika and ground mixed peppercorn.

Add the salmon skin down, flip it once the skin is crispy.

Add spinach leaves and crème fraîche. Mix it together.
