Ingredients

4-6 servings
  • 4 ozDangmyeon noodles (sweet potato noodles)
  • 2 tbsSesame oil
  • 2 cupsfresh baby spinach
  • 1carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • 1small-medium onion, thin sliced
  • 1bell pepper, (any colour) sliced thin
  • HandfulMushrooms (any kind) sliced thin or bite size
  • 3gloves garlic, minced
  • for the sauce
  • 1.5 tbssoy sauce
  • 2 tbsOyster sauce
  • 1 tspsugar (or to taste)
  • 1/3 cupwater
  • egg scramble
  • 3large eggs, scrambled (I also sometimes throw green onion in)

    Make your scrambled eggs and set aside

  2. 2

    In a large boil, pour boiling water over your noodles and set aside

  3. 3

    In a large pan, add sesame oil and stir fry veggies together. About 5-8 min (You can add salt and pepper to your taste at this step)

  4. 4

    Once your veggies are cooked, add your noodles and your sauce. Toss all together for few mins.

  5. 5

    Top with your scrambled eggs.

  6. 6

    NOTE: Instead of scrambled eggs, I made an omlette style and slice it and add that to my noodles. Also, you can add any protein you like
