Mix milk, brown sugar, and melted butter in bowl.

Add flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder and mix to combine into a dough.

Put dough on microwave safe plate and form into brownie shape.

Microwave on high for 20 seconds, reshape if needed, and microwave for 25 more seconds.

Allow to cool slightly before putting thin layer of frosting and candy. Enjoy.
