Broccoli Pulao

Prepared / Boiled basmati rice. Keep aside. Soak broccoli florets in salty hot water for 5 mins. Strain and keep aside. Keep all other ingredients ready.

In cooking pan add heat oil and ghee. Do tempering of cumin seeds, cloves,cinnamon stick, cardamoms. Add chopped green chillies ginger. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add chopped bell pepper, capsicum and broccoli florets, salt. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add boiled basmati rice. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Transfer it in serving plate. Serve Relish/Delicious Hot Broccoli Pulao with curd raita or kadhi.
