Cooking Instructions

Mix maida,ghee and make soft dough. Keep rest for half and hour
- 2
Prepare sugar syrup by adding
Sugar, water and kesar(do not make thick) - 3
Make small balls out of dough roll
Put filling.place slurry on side of it
Press it to give shape l - 4
Fry on medium flame.
When cooks dip in sugar syrup and immediately take out
