Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 1 tbspcocoa powder
  3. 2 1/2 tspDesi ghee
  4. as requiredWater to make soft dough
  5. Filling
  6. 1 cupkhoya
  7. 1 cupsweet petha mithai
  8. 1 tspsuji
  9. 1/2 cupgrated coconut
  10. 1/4 cupmixed dry fruits chopped
  11. 1/4 cupchoco chips
  12. Sugar syrup
  13. 11/2 cupsugar
  14. 3 cupwater
  15. strandsFew kesar

Cooking Instructions

45 min
  1. 1

    Mix maida,ghee and make soft dough. Keep rest for half and hour

  2. 2

    Prepare sugar syrup by adding
    Sugar, water and kesar(do not make thick)

  3. 3

    Make small balls out of dough roll
    Put filling.place slurry on side of it
    Press it to give shape l

  4. 4

    Fry on medium flame.
    When cooks dip in sugar syrup and immediately take out
