Moong daal pakodi

Grind moong dal in a coarse paste. Take ground dal in a large bowl and stir briskly until it's get light and fluffy. Take a pinch of dal and drop it 1/2 cup of water, of it floats that means our dal is ready for making moongodi.

Mix all the dry spices powder in it and mix well. Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying. Drop small balls like mixture into oil using your fingers or spoon. Fry it on high flame until get perfectly golden colour.

Put it in a plate, delicious moongodi is ready to serve. Serve it mix chutney or sauce. Children also love breakfast.
