Every part of morning/sajna/ drumsticks is useful, healthy, tasteful and full of vitamins, antioxidants, and minutes. Most people like moringa phalli, including me. I like the fry of morning fruits and in sambar too.
Here, I steamed the chopped drumsticks and potato with minimal water, so that there was no loss in useful nutrients.

Here, I steamed the chopped drumsticks and potato with minimal water, so that there was no loss in useful nutrients.
Steps

Remove the skin of Drumsticks, chop into pieces and wash. Steam them in a pressures cooker for one whistle. Cool down.

Similarly, chop the potatoes in round, wash and boil and allow to cool down.

Mix turmeric, salt, sooji and cornflour with steam drumsticks and potato. Add required (1 Tsp) water and mix boiled potato and Drumsticks.

Heat oil in a flat pan and roast the veggie on medium heat. Bring down when done and sprinkle roasted cumin and chilli powder and serve as snacks/with steamed rice.
