Sift self raising flour, cake flour, milk powder and pepper powder. Add coriander stalks, dried shrimp and quinoa. Stir to mix well, set aside.

Preheat the oven at 170 degree celsius. Beat the butter, sugar and palm sugar with low speed. Add vanilla and egg, beat until fluffy. Add the mix flour to mix little by little.

Scoop and shape a small ball, use the fork press it decorate with coriander leaves or almond. Bake at 170 until brown. Allow them to cool down on the rack. Ready to serve 🤤
