In a pressure cooker, cook all the vegetables except onion and capsicum. Mash the cooked vegetables

Now in a pan add butter, chopped garlic and onions. Saute till onions are translucent, add capsicum and cook till it softens. Add mashed vegetables

In a pan dry roast all the whole spices and grind them with other spices to make pav bhaji masala

Add the prepared masala powder and beet root powder (in my tips section) for good colour and mix well.cook for 5 mts.

Now in a pan add butter and red chilli powder. Cut the pav and fry it

Serve hot bhajii with coriander chopped onion and butter. And the masala paav
