For masala : 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 2 tbsp corainder seeds, 1/2 tsp funegreek seeds, 1 tsp mustard seeds and 1 tbsp fennel seeds... Roast it for few minutes....Then cool it and grind it coarsely...Once it is done then keep aside... Wash green chilly properly...Wipe with kitchen tissue paper...Once it is done then keep aside.... Cut the green chilly into small in size...

Now in a bowl combined chopped green chillies, then add all the dry ingredients... Mix it well....then add the masala powder and mustard oil as needed...Mix...it well...

Once it is done transfer to a air tight glass bottle... Enjoy with parathas or in lunch... With cal and sabji in summer season...
