Have you heard the saying... "I'm going to get a bump on my tongue"? It's used when you're craving something, and if you don't eat it, you'll end up with a bump on your tongue 😜
Well, I can attest that it's true! It's happened to me 😂😂😂
And as I told you yesterday, I was craving #empanadas, so I tried to make them with flour tortillas, but it didn't work 🙈, and to fix that and satisfy my craving, I wrote to my Argentine friend to share a super simple recipe to make myself some #empanaditas and voilà‼️😋😍

Cooking Instructions

Peel, clean, and wash the shrimp thoroughly, then chop into small cubes.

Finely chop the onion, tomatoes, and cilantro.

Add a splash of oil to a pan and sauté the crushed garlic with the onion, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, add the tomato, paprika, and season with salt and pepper, finally add the cilantro and cook for a couple more minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool, meanwhile...

Put all the dough ingredients in the mixer bowl and beat until you get a uniform and elastic dough, divide into portions (I got 6 large ones).

Roll out each ball with a rolling pin, fill with the mixture, and seal.

Fry in very hot oil.

Serve with a delicious sauce and enjoy 😋 I used #mangohabanerosauce 🔥🥵
