Steps

Take a cooker add green peas and two cups of water. Keep three whistles. Take it out keep aside.

Cut all vegetables in small pieces. Steam it. Keep ready for bhaji.

Add the cooked vegetables and green peas together. Mix it well.

Then add masala powders, salt mix well, cook for five minutes.

Mash it well. Keep on heat for five minutes. Atlast add finely chopped coriander leaves. Now our bhaji is ready.

Apply butter and toast pav buns in dosa tawa. Give a cut in middle of the bun and toast both sides.

Now arrange the pav bhaji and buns in the serving plate. Sprinkle the finely chopped onions and coriander leaves on the bhaji.

Now superb and tasty pav bhaji is ready to taste. Enjoy homemade pav bhaji.
