Ingredients

  1. 10 sprigsparsley
  2. 1onion
  3. 2celery stalks
  4. 2 cupscilantro
  5. 2green bell peppers, quartered
  6. 3scallion stalks
  7. 2chicken bouillon cubes or 3/4 of a packet
  8. 5 sprigsthyme or 1 1/2 tbs of dried thyme
  9. As much garlic as you like
  10. Juice of 1 lime
  11. 1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
  12. 1 tbswhite vinegar
  13. Containerto put it in

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove stems and seed from ingredients according to your preference. In a blender add the herbs, onions, peppers, garlic bouillon cubes and vinegar. Puree ingredients and then slowly add the olive oil untill ingredients have an even consistency. Place in a container & refrigerate until needed.
