Well.for a while now I hardly have enough time to cook, cooking is the absolute love of my life but at times you just need to find ways to make it easy hence my new one pot dishes. This meal can be ready in less than 30minutes. Give it a try and send us feedback💌

In a shallow pan, arrange Sliced tomatoes, drizzle some oil and turn on the heat on medium, grill till soft.

Transfer to a blender, add water and blend the tomatoes into a puree.

In the same pan, add all the other ingredients except the cooking cream.

Cover and cook for like 15minutes, add water if necessary. I had enough from blending the tomatoes.

Once pasta is al-dente, add the cooking cream and cook for 5minutes. You can add cheese if you desire.

Serve immediately.
