Wash zobo leaves put it in pot add water, ginger, cloves cover and allow it to boil for 40mns but if you like you can blend ginger desperate and add instead of putting it like that..if done sieve it and put it in your flask, when serving add sugar to your test..eat mine with yam balls remember to serve it hot that is when you will enjoy it the most
