Cook the meat with salt, onion and spices of choice. Heat up palm oil and fry onion, add grinded peppers, ginger and garlic paste, stir fry.

Add your meat and meat stock, locust beans, seasoning cubes, cray fish, crushed beans and stir. Cover and allow it to boil until the beans is soften and cook.

Whisk in your baobab powder very well to avoid lumps. Add little potash and allow it to cook for 2-3mins. Taste for salt and add if needed.

Turn off the flame and serve with swallow of your choice.
