Steps

Soak dates for 3 hours. Remove skin and seed.

Heat ghee in a pot, stir fry vermicelli, add raisins in it, saute for 30 seconds.

Add milk, soaked dates and nut powder.

Let it cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep stirring in between.

Cook until the consistency is thick.

Dates vermicelli is ready to be served.
