Ingredients

20minutes
  • 1cucumber
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 3garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoonolive oil
  • 2 tablespoonsdill
  • 1 tablespoonvinegar
  • 2 cupsgreek yogurt
  • Mortar

Steps

20minutes
  1. 1

    Grate cucumber

  2. 2

    Place into cheesecloth, drain. Squeeze hard!

  3. 3

    Add garlic to mortar and mash

  4. 4

    Salt to taste

  5. 5

    Remove drained cucumber from cheesecloth..add to glass bowl

  6. 6

    Combine yogurt, herbs, and garlic paste

  7. 7

    Drizzle oil and enjoy!

Where do you use the vinegar in this recipe. You need to proofread B4 posting recipes. I prefer using lemon instead of vinegar, also.
